Work over 400 m², commercial projects, budgets over £500,000, and anything a lender, funder or employer will rely on are quoted individually, so we can check the job suits an estimating service that is not a quantity surveyor.
You pay by card through Stripe once we have checked your drawings and confirmed the price. Homeowners can cancel within 14 days of paying; see terms, section 6.
