What we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
Who we are
Measured & Priced is a trading name of Craig Fearn, 18 Carn View, Gwennap, Redruth, Cornwall TR16 6BE. Contact: hello@measuredandpriced.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email, role, project location, project description, any drawings or links you send, and your confirmation that you will check our figures. Nothing else is collected on this site.
Why
To reply to you, quote, do the work and keep a record of what was agreed. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, then performing the contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping records.
Where it is kept and for how long
Enquiries are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. We keep enquiries that do not become orders for 12 months, and job records for 6 years after the job. We never sell or share your data for marketing.
Payments
Payments are taken by Stripe, which receives your name, email and card details and processes them under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment, your name and email, never your card number.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
